not sure what the hype is. Prices are full retail, not discounted. Store is a complete mess and they have the nerve to post signs "telling" customers to clean up after themselves. My wife bought a lamp and noticed after when we got home it was suppose to be 3 piece. Went back and they said no it wasn't. Offered store credit if she wanted to return it. No point since everything is over priced. Don't waste your time trying to find a parking spot in the worse parking lot you will ever experience- you will be disappointed

Very rude to the Customers I unintentionally entered their employee’s area because the sliding door was fully open and there was a lot of stuff of my interest lying in boxes and also I didn't see any sign on the area which said “For staff only” which later on , upon reflection ,came to my knowledge that it was written in ballpoint. Anyway an employee came up to me and very rudely told me to leave while a man who called himself the manager had to take my cart and escort me out. Firstly, I went there by mistake and secondly, I was not a thief or pickpocket or shoplifter, they could have handled the matter nicely but both of them preferred to be rude and disrespectful to me.

What an amazing family ran store the boys are such gentlemen always. I have a cart full of things and had to leave for an emergency they let me keep it there till the next day. Just always so knowledgable. The prices are way cheeper than in stores for most things this place is highly recommended

Love this store! The store is always clean and the staff are wonderful to talk to. Picking up my order was super easy and convenient. I don't think I even waited 5 mins for my order! Thank you to the guy who brought my order out. The signs outside are very helpful to direct me. I like that I can still go inside and buy essential items. Go early on Friday for fast buys! Great prices and overall an amazing experience!

Open Friday,sat and sun. Take a number and get In line. Store was a mess. Found a few good deals. Staff was friendly. They don’t take American Express.

Incredible deals, great prices and phenomenal family run business. If you are looking for things that you can purchase at Costco for less... This is the place to check out. I suggest going early so that you can get a number to queue up and enter the store. One side of the building is for clothing and other smaller electronics. The other side has furniture. It's worth the drive out from Hamilton to Brantford

I went to the store on Feb 14th to pick up a few things. I was very impressed with the Covid measurements in place, and meant to come home and comment on my positive experience. The store was laid out so you go through the store in one organized fashion, passing all the “departments”. I felt very safe, which is important having an immune compromised loved one at home. Today I had to return boots that didn’t fit my daughter. The return could not be easier or friendlier. I was super impressed! I will absolutely be returning to this store, although it’s a bit of a drive. Highly recommended.
