We are located in the Crossroads Village Shopping Centre.
We open our Studios about 10 minutes in advance of every class. Visit us at our sister studio, Nourish Yoga & Wellness (right beside the Training Centre) during our Open Studio Hours:
Tuesday thru Thursday 12:30-2:30PM.
We carry a specially selected assortment of yoga props, fitness gear, doTERRA essential oils and local hand-crafted items.
