Food is good as always but Sandy needs to allow people to eat in the restaurant.
Was practically 20m late with my food. She pushed my order cause I couldn’t be there exactly when she said to be so I show up at the later time “slot” and they end up making me wait 20 min past the time she explicitly told me to be there. And when it was time to get my food at 7:45 she didn’t say anything about being busy or behind on orders or give me any sort of heads up that I might have to wait around. I was just left wondering if I was ever going to get my order. absolutely terrible customer service it takes 2 seconds to let someone know things are behind.
Staff were kind of pushy and rude. I went at the peak of dinner time so I expected it to be busy. I was fine with the idea of waiting a while. I sat down to look at the menu. They kept hurrying me to make up my mind. Telling me I'd get my food faster if I decided quick. This was after having the menu for less than 5 minutes. I found this to be in poor taste. So I left to another busy restaurant that actually let me take the time to look at the menu.
Best Chinese food I've ever had. Like... But and far the best. I live an hour away from this place and it's worth the drive, every time.
The food was all quite good. The prices seem a little high to me. They only accept cash.
Crazy busy. Don’t bother waking in unless it is just before close. It gets so busy that they stop answering the phone and can come off as rude service. They aren’t rude, just harried. Good Canadian-Chinese food with all the favourites. The best Canadian Chinese food in Amherst. If you want traditional Chinese Food try Victorian Faire. The owner is super nice and the food is good and reasonably priced.
This place has the absolute hands down best Chinese food around. The prices can't be beat. Busy all the time but worth waiting for. Thank you for the great food. Made my birthday worth celebrating.
Hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. Nicest, sweetest lady! Call in advance. Worth the long drive from Moncton!
