This restaurant should be closed. When we entered the host and waiters were not friendly. I did not see any smile the whole time we were there. No waitresses!! The egg drop soup and sweet and sour soup were horrible. The worst I ever tasted. When the crispy chicken got cold it became like rocks!! I almost lost my teeth. No taste on the lettuce wrap. We’ll never go back there I forgot, we were given stale fortune cookies at the end.
Delicious food!!! Relaxing atmosphere!!! All among great family!!! Attended my martial arts instructor's birthday celebration over delicious cuisine!!!Food: 5/5
I wanted to give less stars but the food taste was overall good. But the meat and vegetable ratio was horrible and the order was wrong. Ordered Mongolian beef and Chef's special dry chili pork ribs. Instead I received fried bacon with green veggies, not even veggies some dried green whatever and lots of onion. I think there was like 5 pieces of meat. And the greens were dry and tasteless. And the Mongolian beef was half meat half onion. I don't know why they put sooo much onion, half of my food went to trash!
This place is great. I've had their food twice now. I thought the first time was a fluke. Having their food a 2nd time confirms this place is delicious. They have dishes that other places do not offer. I recommend the cashew chicken, mongolian beef/chicken nice that it has mushrooms, honey garlic pepper beef especially if you love onions, and the stir fried duck with ginger nice smoked flavor. The egg rolls are basic but tasty. Highly recommend this place.
First I would like to say, we ordered on Christmas as most places are closed but waiting 2 1/2 hours for food that was cold? Never again. As ordering I had asked for a slight change in the chow mein and was yelled at that it can not happen. Then had my card out ready to pay and was told forcefully to pay later when I come back. Two Hours later… we come back and the food was not ready, but people that had been there for only 15 minutes were getting their food. Mind you the food was for TWO people, not a feast. After getting the food, it was cold, undercooked and had no flavors. I am pretty sure there were many health violations with this as my girlfriend threw up from the food. The chefs were NOT wearing any gloves and did pretty much everything with their bare hands. I do not recommend this and will never eat there again.
This place has awesome Szechwan food except when you order spicy food you might want to ask for extra spicy. We got dry hot pot a few times and the first time it was very vanilla in terms of flavor, but after we asked for the extra spicy version it was just right.Food: 5/5
Always delicious and hot food! Customer service also receives high stars! I LOVE their Peking Pot Stickers and Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken! They also offer a healthier version of their General Tso's Chicken. They use stir fried sliced chicken breast instead of the crispy fried chicken chunks, known as the Governor’s Chicken Royal! A MUST try! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Had the Mapo Tofu and Glutinous Rice Balls for lunch. The Mapo Tofu didn't have any szechuan peppercorns / hua jiao, but you can definitely feel its presence from the numbing feeling. This is a bit of an intergenerational problem but the amount of sugar added in the rice ball soup was way more than what were in the rice balls. You can see the amount of sugar added from the edges of the bowl. I guess I'm more familiar with having a less sweet flavor in the soup but it threw me off while eating the remainder of the yuan xiao / tang mian. Service was acceptable. I arrived later but it seemed like the meals were prepped altogether and were wheeled out once completed. I guess the kitchen is further in the back than expected.
Our food came out at different times. My moo shoo was served luke warm and we had to ask repeatedly for more plum sauce and for knives. It was very chilly in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be going back.Food: 2/5
Service is really bad. I went here with my mother for dinner, and all the foods, snacks for appetizer, tea, and even water came out all at once. Of course we had to wait thirsting for 20 minutes, and we asked for tea and water once and ignored. The worst part is there was a table beside us who got the tea and water before us, which was really unpleasant experience.
