Called here today to find a CTH (Certified Hand Therapist) because I was told SOS Orthopedic is one of the better companies in Syracuse. The receptionist was rude, had an attitude, and except from transferring me was very unhelpful. Staff in a doctor's office should be helpful but apparently Syracuse operates by different standards. I'm very lucky that I didn't transfer to here after I returned to school/after my surgery.
