Coached here for nearly 2 years and it is just a fantastic group of people.

This is a fantastic place to learn, train and get in shape. John, the owner, is an amazing coach, teacher and mentor. The other instructors are nothing short of amazing and make it very enjoyable to attend class. From beginner to expert there is something for everyone. I highly recommend checking this place out.
