I dined at the Symposium Cafe Restaurant, and my experience was quite mixed. Given my fondness for butter, chicken, and rice, I opted for the butter chicken rice bowl. Unfortunately, it tasted bland to me. This could be a matter of personal taste, but it didn't hit the mark.nnI also ordered a full rack of ribs, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The inner part of the pork was cold, clearly indicating it had just been taken out of the freezer and insufficiently cooked. The exterior was somewhat cooked, but the inside was ice-cold, making it inedible for me. I prioritize well-done pork for health reasons, so this was particularly concerning.nnNext, I tried the chicken wings, but these were also not properly cooked. This consistency in undercooking made me wary of their meal preparation standards.nnOn a positive note, the Seafood Pasta was delightful, well-cooked, and flavorful. The strawberry daiquiri was refreshing and well-prepared, providing a pleasant end to the meal.nnThe ambiance of the restaurant is quite pleasant, offering various seating arrangements that cater to different preferences. It appears the restaurant's strengths lie in its burgers, pastries, and drinks rather than its main meals.nnWhile there are some highlights, there are also significant areas that need improvement.
A pretty decent cafe with good desserts and drinks. The service was wonderful and the cakes were delicious. Had the carrot cake and though it was very good. The cafe mocha wasn't bad at all and came with the cake for a couple of extra dollars current Saturday deal. Overall, good experience and would do it again.
The brunch place we went to was a delightful haven for foodies and cake enthusiasts alike. Nestled in a cozy corner, its inviting atmosphere and warm decor set the stage for a leisurely brunch experience. The menu featured a tempting array of brunch classics, from fluffy pancakes to savory egg dishes, each prepared to perfection. However, the true star of the show was the exquisite selection of cakes. From decadent chocolate creations to carrot cake or brownies, each slice was a masterpiece of flavor and texture. Paired with freshly brewed coffee or artisanal tea, it was the perfect indulgence for a lazy weekend morning. Amritha was our server and she was very nice and friendly.
I had a blast at Symposium Cafe! The place was super clean and had some cool decor going on. Loved that they had different options on the menu, including halal chicken. Shoutout to Amritha for taking care of us so well! She made sure we had everything we needed and that our food was on point.nnI tried the chicken tender, and while it was okay, it was a bit dry and tough to cut. Still, overall, I had a good time and can't wait to go back and try more stuff from their menu!
Went for a dessert run and there was no one in the restaurant but me and my friends. With no one else and quite a few staff in the back they took a while to make the desserts. Presentation was nice but the taste was very basic. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price tag but overall the place was nice and welcoming.
