My family has frequented Sy Thai Shores for years. They have always been hospitable and have had wonderful food. One of the main reasons we choose Sy Thai Shores is their wide variety of curries and noodles to have made Vegan and Gluten-free. It's tougher to find places that can make it a dish both vegan and gluten-free; so I really appreciate their efforts to be inclusive of all regimens. This time around, we ordered V&GF Pad Thai with Tofu, V&GF Vegetables Curry with Tofu, Vegan Sy's Egggplant and she gave us a free Vegan Thai Tea made with only coconut milk to my brother because it was his birthday. Lisa is wonderful, always makes sure we get what we need and goes above and beyond in service. I highly recommend this restaurant for their admirable service and tasty food. Vegetarian options: They have Vegan and Gluten-free options. If you have any questions about a dish; they are more than willing to answer them. Parking: Parking available in front and back of the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They have Vegan and Gluten-free options. Sy Thai is absolutely delicious! The place looks great since they have remolded! Very clean and attentive staff! We ordered Curry Noodles with imitation crab. Oh my gosh, it was devine! Very creamy and flavorful! Highly recommend!!
Every time I come here, it’s delicious, but they never honor allergens or when you ask to remove things you get the order perfectly 25% of the time I am rarely ever able to enjoy the sy fried rice, as I don’t eat pineapples, and 3/4 times, they acknowledge it and still put it in there. On the lower right of the photo, there are three pieces I found from just the top of the food, so only my friend got to enjoy this time.
It's a nice laid back restaurant. The food tasted good. The pad Thai, noodles and fried rice tasted really nice I think that the ambience is nice and quiet. The flavors of the dishes are good. Service is prompt and good. I would recommend to try it out.

I love Thai food... Idk what happened here! I ordered shrimp pad Thai, the noodles were mush and flavorless with very overcooked bubblegum textured shrimp. The appetizer platter was hard and overcooked. Absolutely disgusting. I also ordered a curried seafood dinner that was for my dad. This was his birthday dinner. $60 down the toilet, never again!
The food was great and authentic. Make sure to check this place out sometime. Their medium hotness is about average for food so it's not too hot.Food: 5/5
Beware. They take care of all the Uber Eats orders first and what was originally a 35 min. wait became an hour just standing around. We’ve always loved this place. Not sure we’ll be back.

Terrible service because I asked to verify my order, but instead got a receipt in face like I was a child just to still get the order wrong. Been coming here for close to 9 yrs before the renovation for those that know and I never had the kind of attitude over a question to verify my takeout order. It really pains me to leave bad review cos i spent 15 year in customer service, but this was well earn. Check the camera's if you feel otherwise, since salena said there's no manager working. I think Google needs a 0 star cos that cashier deserves it.
