This is a great place for the daily deals we visited on Wednesday and we had two entrees and two kid meals for free. The kids meals were amazing. They included juice, entree, side and ice cream. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it and also they got a toy on the way out.nnBig shout-out to our very nice server Yogenny who helped us with everything.
Missing over 1/2 of order. 2 weeks later and still waiting on head office to address issue. Manager is incompetent. Girl on the window with hijab is hard of hearing but makes it your problem. Try and call the store to get the missing order rectified ? You’ll be put on hold for over 15 mins just to have to walk into store and be told by the so called manager that no one is on phone . Speaker box is crap and has been for a very long time. I guess customer service is bad and they can’t afford to make the necessary improvements. The professional thing to have done is redone my order or full refund. I ordered the roast beef meal. It was supposed to come with a lot more than what’s in that pic !!!!!!!!!!
I visited Swiss Chalet last week with my friends, and we had a great experience. The rotisserie chicken was flavorful and juicy, and the Chalet Sauce added the perfect touch. The sides were fresh, and the portions were satisfying, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.nnWhat truly stood out was the manager. He had a genuinely good nature—always polite, approachable, and attentive to customers. Even during a busy rush, he checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I’d definitely come back!
Went to this location for dinner , we had to ring a bell to get seated. Not sure why they can’t just watch the door like other restaurants. Order the garlic cheese loaf the it was luke warm and and the cheese inside wasn’t even melted . Not sure where the garlic butter was , as it was none existent. Order 2 can dine which was good and hot. But I do swear the fries were skinner then before. My mother went to use the restroom. It was very dirty , no toilet paper in one stall and not a paper towel to be seen. Overall I would say this place wasn’t really worth the visit. Maybe try one of the other remaining place in Ottawa.
Ordered from this location using Uber eats. Worst chicken I have ever had from a Swiss Chalet in years. This is the second time we have ordered for delivery in as many weeks while on the road. Our order last week from a different location was 10/10.nnThe chicken we received was dry and like eating leather. The order was also incomplete with items missing.nnTotally unacceptable for what we paid. Never again.
