Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Had 3 free dinners, due to a 45 minute wait the last time we were their. This time as with the time before, they still got our dinners wrong. 
Food was good. Waitress was nice. Wait! waitresses were nice/friendly. One person to seat us, one to ask us, what we would like to drink, another to take our order and 2 to deliver our order. One of the two who delivered our order, was the one whom took our order.
Maybe they need less people looking as after  the same customers. Maybe they'll get our meals right.
Use to be a decent place to dine, not any more

Swiss chalet is my favorite place.. and my visit today was very unpleasant... the ribs and chicken I got were dried out and nasty ..my boyfriend's roast beef sandwich was also dried out and the sauce they gave was just like coloured water the service was okay but food was horrible.. never been so disappointed in Swiss chalet

I ordered a meal online for delivery. It took over an hour to be delivered. When it got here, it was cold and missing things. I called Swiss Chalet back, and it took 17 calls before they answered. Twenty minutes later, SOME, not ALL of the items that were missing showed up. I called back again and they were totally lost as to what was going on. It doesn't seem like they are very organized over there, nor do they know how to handle online/delivery orders. It's been two hours now, and I still don't have my complete order.

at 8:10pm, I still didn't have my complete order after the manager said it would be delivered. I tried calling back and they weren't answering their phone. 

At 8:15, I finally had my whole order after ordering at 5:45pm.

Went in and restaurant was practically empty, but they had a chicken shortage. The hostess seemed very confused about where to sit my party because the tables we were directed to were not cleaned. We were finally seated and our orders were messed up. We got the wrong salads and food service took a very long time. Our bills came and we had to point out that our drinks were not only on the incorrect bills but also a few were missing. Had we not pointed out the omission then the restaurant would have been short by at least a substantial chunk of change. Would not recommend going.

Had an awful experience here with a lady named Stacy. Think she was a manager of some sort but absolutely horrible very rude, took forever for us to get our food and will never go here again because of her.
