I just called in for delivery and the woman on the other line was very rude, told me I couldn’t get the sandwich I wanted but it’s advertised on the menu, my food gets here and everything is cold and soggy, i asked for ketchup and got 1 package, and can’t even eat the food I bought because it’s so gross my stomach hurts from trying and it wasn’t cheap. I’m starving and upset.. never again

We arrived at 11:15 am so you would think that the food would be fresh. The Rotisserie Beef was tough and dry. The ribs weren't the best either. Certainly weren't naked recently. I have always loved Swiss Chalet but I would be hard pressed to return after today. Disappointed.

It's a cheap place to get good food. Fast, friendly, and consistent in quality.
