Got to agree with many others that Swiss Chalet is not what it used to be. Chicken is not as good as years ago. Not sure why. There are so many other choices these days of where to eat you need to be on the top of your game. This one isn't. Won't be going back.

Chicken is burnt, and very dry. The burned area has been trimmed off in some areas as well. I have ordered here for 20+ yrs always good until the last month. Last time ...
Although not as good as it used to be.. still a good meal for a good price If you have a coupon one note: the Fries don't travel well on take out
Great restaurant/ great service even during the shutdown.
Family pak and wings were very good. Service good at the restaurant bringing food to the car! Top marks. However, as to ordering on the phone I got dropped 5 times within 40 seconds! This should be worked on. And if doing an on line order make sure you have an account... I only learned this at the very end !
