Made a report that is pretty serious, they did not forward my intake to law enforcement, nor did they call me back like they stated they would. They swept it under the rug. I would hate to see what else they do not care about. Extremely disappointed and will never be using them as a resource. Every child matters and they showed that they do not care.
A bunch of bullies. My case worker made an error, neglected to properly review my paperwork then accused me of not reporting information. I even obtained copies of said paperwork where I specifically noted income. Yet they sent a sherrif to my home to bully me into signing something or I could be arrested. I'm sick to my stomach about this. They even called me a liar about my chronic pain because I had been seen riding bike around town. I guess they aren't very familiar on how chroic pain works, that some days are okay and some are unbearable. And my physical therapist expressed great importance in me riding my bike for excercise and for my mental health, as being stuck in bed almost all day most days is very depressing. So, if you are in the unfortunate position in having to seek help financially, beware of some of the staff here, they are viscious bullies.
I hope you never lose your dog! This shelter will take it and refuse to return it then message you very unprofessionally. BRING CHAPA HOME TO HER CHILDREN.
This place is how every human services building should be. Non crowded, polite staff, and a pace set perfectly for folks who are not looking to be rushed. Very knowledgeable staff. Thank you for the warm welcome.
So friendly and helpful here. They really seem to care and they are very fast at helping you get things done and turned in. This is the best county services I have ever worked with and experienced.
