During my one and only visit, our burritos were missing key ingredients i.e., beans, tomato, COLOR, FLAVOR. I’ve never had a burrito this BLAND. I wish I had taken a photo of the burrito itself but I threw it out. It looked nothing like the posted photo. Imagine brown stuff wrapped in a light brown tortilla. It was basically a brown rice burrito. If that wasn’t bad enough, half the fountain drinks were out of syrup which they told us after we purchased drinks. The only positive was the friendly staff.
Allergen warning! We asked for no bacon in our food, there was a lot of bacon. Double check your drive thru orders if you have allergens!Food: 2/5
My son took me to lunch. Never tried them. Fantastic staff and the gentleman took the time and made our tot's crispy! Thanks for making a son and mom's day amazing! Clean restrooms and restaurant too! The young ladies were prompt and cheerful. Thanks Sweeto Burritos!!Food: 5/5
I love this place. The food is amazing and the employees are always super cool. My one and ONLY complaint: they don't have the luchador masks for sale anymore. That was one of the reasons we came here, and they dont sell them anymore. Vegetarian options: The Veggie Avenger is my favorite burrito. Even better as a chimichanga! Not vegan, but meat free. Parking: The parking lot nearby is GIGANTIC and the parking lot near the restaurant is decently big.
I have been to Sweeto a few times hoping it will be better each time. My final visit was two days ago and I will not be back. My burrito was bland even with the extra hot sauce and it is way too expensive for a burrito with a negligible amount of meat.Food: 3/5
This location should be ashamed of their wait times. This is a fast casual place, emphasis on the FAST. Yet they take 20 minutes to make food. What is a drive through for then? Never coming here again, neither should you.Food: 3/5
The food tasted pretty good but the EXPERIENCE was lacking and just plain weird. The placed looked closed when we pulled up even though they werent supposed to be closed for another hour and a half. The place looked like it had never had a customer, and the staff was not very inviting. Needed to use the bathroom and The COOK handed us the BATHROOM key, and didnt change their gloves. The mint limeaid was the most sour thing i've ever tasted and had chuncks of mint steams, i couldnt finish it. whoever runs the place does not have the passion for sweeto burritos. weird dining experience.
Was told they are "out of beans" at 6:30 pm, after I ordered and paid. Waited 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. The two employees wandered the kitchen slowly, looking confused and irritated. A couple of boys walked through the dining room and hung out with one of the two employees in a back room for about 5 minutes. My food tasted awful and there was a huge hair in it.
What an AWESOME CREW!!! We came in at 8:30 when they close at 9. I was apologetic and they reassured my son and I that we were ok. AMAZING customer service! Food was EXCELLENT!!! I can’t wait to come back and bring my family and friends!! Added bonus, my son LOVED the pop machine and adding flavors!! Check it out!
I did a pickup, did not dine in, so I couldn't leave a rating on the atmosphere, being that I ordered to go and it was quick wait, if that. Food was awesome, the churros are bangin! I can't wait to try the other dessert they have, the cheesecake thing. Yes will be definitely back for more:Food: 5/5
