Trochu Arboretum & Gardens spans 5 acres in Trochu, AB. Sweetgrass Café & gift shop offers lunch specials Monday- Friday year round.
The Sweetgrass Café offers daily specials Wednesday, Thursday, Friday year round and Saturday and Sunday from May to September. Reservations for any meal can be made year round and catering is available.
The Arboretum & Gardens is open year round but has it's main, and very showy, season from May until October. Admission is by a suggested donation of $5 per person.
If you are planning a wedding, anniversary or birthday party, keep the Trochu Arboretum in mind. We are currently taking bookings for next year's wedding season.
The Visitor Interpretive Center, VIC, is open during the summer months, Monday-Friday 8-4. The main room can be rented out.
Bus tours and schools are also welcome. Guided tours and activities are available upon request at time of booking.
