Great service, my server let me sample the popping Boba to see if I liked it. I got the taro tea with aloe and it was very good. They also have karaoke which I didn't do but would consider doing with a group of friends. The building does look like it could use a remodel though.

Any review higher than 1 star for this place is baffling to me. I'd rate it lower if I could. Do not waste your time and money.

for the first time, I was there to try a bubble tea. I didn't even know about the topping and all but our server Kushi or Kuti forgot her name , she really made it a pleasant experience by explaining everything and also offer us try the topping before choosing the best one for me. really great service and great taste of bubble tea.

Ordered watermelon milk tea. Server gave us just plain milk tea. We asked her to confirm that it was watermelon after we tasted it and knew that it wasn't and she said it was watermelon.. She clearly just didn't want to remake our drinks.

Just ordered a red bean + pearls bubble tea from this place and THE RED BEANS ARE SPOILED AND SOUR!!! Disgusting. definitely NOT fresh quality. Will NEVER ordered from here again.
