This ice cream shop was amazing! So many homemade ice cream flavors, affordable, open late and friendly. I ordered a large cookies and cream milkshake. They took their vanilla ice cream and mixed in a ton of Oreos. I was served the milkshake and it was a quart! This is a monster of a milkshake. Of course I finished it all. Definitely a must visit if you are in Jackson! Loved the cow inside and the ice cream cakes looked amazing.
The last 3 times I ordered online my order was incorrect charged for large, received medium, missing toppings etc. Employees do not follow health regulations switching stations without washing hands, long hair down. It sucks because they’re delicious and local, but after hearing from multiple employees that management treats them poorly, I’m over it.
They made me a very good coffee milkshake. And they honored a special request that I made. Nice little ice cream shop.
Ice cream was great but grossed out by the fact none of the staff wore gloves and while we sat there and ate, I saw every employee touch their faces. The cook in the kitchen also had long hair and wore it down.
Our family loves Sweet Scoops, the owners are very nice people and will go out of their way to make you special flavors if you ask. My favorite is the Hot Cinnamon which they were kind enough to make me two quarts of. A great place for dessert after dinner.
We drive out of our way to get ice cream here. Love it!
A 1 star is by far, way too much. Service is poor and the prices are through the roof. Sad to say that they refused to pay rent during the "COVID scare" and were the busiest in the shopping center. If you enjoy getting screwed over from people that screw over others, than this is your place.
Sweet Scoops is the BEST ice cream! They are also very knowledgeable about food allergies and go out of their to accommodate allergen requests. They make amazing ice cream cakes!!
Their birthday cake ice cream is amazing! And the mix-ins make it impossible to not have something just how you like it. It is one of my favorites for ice cream in Jackson. They are a little pricey, but the quality is there.
Nice staff every time. Good ice cream.
