Sweet Momma Spa

My husband was very sweet and bought a gift card so I could enjoy a massage since I have been so sore and in so much pain. Went to book a massage and they need at least 4 weeks lead time to book which means I cannot book until after my son is born, which defeats the entire purpose of this gift. When I asked about being refunded (so that I could maybe look for a massage elsewhere) I was told no refunds on gift cards but they have plenty of merchandise I can buy... Very disappointing. They should think about bringing on more staff to help aleviate the back log, or offer refunds on gift cards if they can't honour the services they offer in a timely manner.

Too bad they don’t have enough staff to accommodate the services they offer. Tried booking my very pregnant wife and friend pedicures together, no luck. Tried booking my wife a massage and facial, no luck. Disappointing.

Incredible experience here, beautiful and clean facility, and my massage therapist Lorraine was very good!

Amazing staff. Great services. Caters to pregnant women, but you do not have to be pregnant. The RMTs will also massage men.

I saw Annie for Acupuncture my entire 3rd trimester. Without her, I could barely move due to sciatic pain. The staff were amazing and helpful on every visit. I highly recommend Amy for facials (she's such a sweetheart). One day, I forgot my wallet at home and they allowed me to come back the next morning to pay as I don't live in St. Albert. I will continue to go there even though I'm no longer pregnant. Thank you Ladies!
