We visit this ice cream shop every time we go through Debuque IA. Very delicious and friendly staff. We took a carriage ride after also.

Took a weekend trip to Grand Harbor from the Quad Cities. Arrived early on a Saturday at Noon, Candy store was closed but, hours online showed they were to be open. Very disappointing when Saturday would probably be one of your busiest days and we came early to specifically go.

Great treat at bottom of Fenelon Elevator. Theres more than just ice cream...candy, popcorn. Best almond rocca toffee I've ever had. Ice cream was good. Staff great. It was like being invited into someone's house.
Business hours are wrong which is poor business practice.
Wonderful! Family owned, home made candy, and hand dipped ice cream. Don't miss this if you're in the area and you have your sweet tooth with you.
