Story

I've been making BBQ for years. In 2008, on a dare I opened a booth at the PA State Laurel Festival, an annual event in Wellsboro, PA. I had a blast and was more successful than I could have hoped for. I've expanded a little each year and am always working on new dishes. My specialties are pulled pork & beef brisket. My baked mac-n-cheese (made w/ local extra sharp cheddar) is a real crowd pleaser. I do a few local festivals each year and the catering side has become wildly successful.

Fantastic Eastern Carolina style BBQ! You gotta try it with the coleslaw & Carolina style sauce on the sandwich. If my eyes were closed, I'd have thought I was 500 miles south of Wellsboro! Onion rings & cheesecake were also great! First time here, definitely not the last
Small menu but great food.
Very good. I had the smoked chicken and substituted green beans for the baked beans and Cole slaw. The squash soup was creamy and tasty. The chocolate temptation was excellent. It was so good I brought home some for my mother to try.
Their ribs are the best around
Good food, not the best brisket but it was tasty and they have good sauces. Decent meals for $10 avg
The brisket is out of this world, and the server was very helpful with my food allergies. BONUS: for those who need it, they offer many, MANY gluten free options
The place has the most comfortable environment, great staff and excellent food! In my opinion this is the best place in the area to eat at! I highly recommend.
BBQ the way is should be! Great people. Great service. Clean. Family dining and resonable prices. If you havent gone there, go give it a try!
