Places that sell slices to go will always be a favorite for me. It’s something that we don’t really have back home. They have 7 or 8 pies to choose from but the main attraction is the “Luau” which is pepperoni, ham & pineapple with a bbq sauce. It’s hard to eat just 1 or 2 slices of the Luau. The flavor is just so good. I haven’t tried any of the other slices but I’m sure they are just as good
I enjoyed my dinner last night. They were really busy, but I got my Caesar salad within 2 minutes and my rather interesting looking grilled cheese within about 5-10 minutes. We couldn't find the one pizza place we were looking for but found Sweet Basil Pizza. Located in downtown Walla Walla. The restaurant offers indoor seating and sidewalk seating on the plaza. We ordered the 10" Beast? Meat pizza. The crust is hand tossed not too thick or too thin...but just right. This pizza because of the meat was a little more greasy that I care for. It had lots of meat and cheese. They don't skimp on the toppings. The 10" was perfect for just the 2 of us. You can purchase pizza by the slice as well. They also offer calazone, Stromboli and other items. I did see the sliced pizza and the calazone both looked delicious. We're looking forward to trying some of their other pizzas and menu items. Really good pizza and very friendly staff. I would love and want to give it 5/5 stars for the good and service. But because of their prices I’m giving them 4/5. But we come a couple times a year as a treat and it’s worth it.
The pizza and salad was really tasty. They have gluten free pizza, and pizza by the slice, but I wish they had gluten free pizza by the slice. I had the primavera and pesto slices and the house salad that were all really great. My husband had the pepperoni and bbq chicken slices as well and he enjoyed them. The service was friendly as well. We would come back.
What a delight it was to eat at Sweet Basil. I sampled two of each slices of their pizzas. A full afternoon is needed here. Best pizza ever!!!!! It will be a must to return on my next trip in April.
Fantastic service, even better pizza. The margarita is so flavorful and the combo is great bang for your buck. Could not recommend more!
This place is simply the best kept secret in all of Washington. Amazing pizza. I ordered a calzone and it was perfect. I couldn’t eat it all in one setting so I took it , saved it, reheated in the morning and still perfect. I love the way they toss the dough for everyone to see! Beer selection is great too. The service was superb. I can’t wait to eat here again.
This was a terrific lunch spot on our day trip to Walla Walla. At this pizzeria, you place you order at the counter, then take a number to your table and food is brought to you. Pizza is available by the slice here, so I had 2 different slices and a house salad. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the restroom was clean.
What a great place to grab a slice or a whole pizza and lounge in the square. I had the bbq chicken gluten free pizza and wow it was delicious. I always had the pesto with artichoke, basil, and cheese. These people know how to do pizza. The best part is the closed off street outside of the shop to lounge with friends or family. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Let them know I sent you.
