Swartz and Wilson, P.L.C.

I had a very unique problem in which someone was caring for my dogs while I was away and then refused to give them back. While others treated the idea of a case as a joke, Chris Swartz jumped on the case, filed the law suite and I was able to get my dogs back. I don't have children so these dogs are my family. Chris understood my pain and took action. I am forever grateful! I would highly recommend Swartz & Wilson for any legal matter.

I have used Chris Swartz for legal work on and off for the past 20+ years and find him to be one of the most informed yet practical attorneys I have ever dealt with; and his trustworthiness and integrity are beyond comparison. Chris will tell you if he knows something, direct or assist you to find other resources if he does not, and will deliver his team's legal services in a compassionate & caring manner. Early on, Christopher Swartz represented me for traffic tickets. My grandparent's asked him to help with their trusts. I needed a power of attorney, he set that up. Mr. Swartz represented me when I had to take an ex-fiance to court. He has victoriously defended me in a personal litigation case. My brothers have used Chris for numerous cases, all with good outcomes. Most recently he helped me through a nasty divorce and our daughter's custody and visitation issues. Throughout everyone of my cases, Chris has been AWSOME! I couldn't be happier having him as my attorney. Chris has helped me navigate through the cumbersome legal melee, especially when I had butterflies in my stomach because "I was being sued". Both Chris his legal assistants, have been there through every step of the legal process. With prompt updates when my legal situation changed. Being there prompting me to rethink a situation from a new perspective to better understand not only myself but our case. He is there, helping me to understand and grow when I had that "tearing in my gut feeling" because I was going to court. Where Chris really shines is when he is in the courtroom arguing a case. Watching him is an awe inspiring. Chris has been an absolute shark in the courtroom for me. He is an excellent negotiator and tries very hard for his clients. He synergistically uses his rock solid knowledge of law with his ability to dig down to the core of the issues involved to win in the courtroom. Not only is Christopher Swartz an even-keeled attorney with sound integrity but he is extremely intelligent. I have many times before, and I will continue to recommend him to anyone who wants a great attorney who goes above and beyond for his clients. I consider myself lucky to be able to call him a friend as he has been there for me when I have been at some my lowest points.
