I come here very often and am always helped in a friendly and genuine manner. One associate in particular is fabulous, I asked another associate who the manager was so I can commend her, turns out she IS the manager. It's no wonder the staff are all great when the manager is top notch. This is my go to store. The selection and prices are fabulous, the staff are all very kind and helpful

Great experience at every Suzy I visit. Wow this company is doing something right. My wife and I came here to get 4 items because shoppers world did not have our sizes. I had the best service with Vanessa. She was extremely friendly and very helpful.

I was given horrible service at another location. I came to this location and the girl went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I will never shop at any other location again. Love this store!

Disgusted with this location -- and now after reading the reviews, I see it isn't a common issue! I am a VERY frequent shopper of Suzy and LOVE your clothes. I usually have very good experiences in all of your stores - and even the outlets. Unfortunately that was not the case with my experience last night at Bramalea. When we walked in, we noticed that there was a sale going on in the store which is advertised at 40% the ENTIRE store. We walked around and picked up a few items. When we were ready to leave, my friend approached the counter first and was taken care of by a lady named Joyce - I walked up to the cash just as my friend was inserting her debit card to complete the purchase. I said, "wait, I have a Prestige Card", and as I said that, she tapped her debit card and completed the transaction. I asked Joyce if she could apply the discount for the Prestige Card to the purchase. She told me that she couldn't as the sale was completed. I asked if she could refund the sale and apply it, at which time, Joyce told me "I could, but that is A LOT of work". I was baffled. I said "ok well that's not great customer service". My friend (who does not like confrontation) took her purchase and stood off to the side. I then put my items on the counter - a sweater and 2 scarves. Joyce proceeded to start to put my purchase through. She picked up the first scarf and said "no discount on this, it ends in .99", I said "but it says 40% the Entire Store", Joyce replied "yea, but not items that end in .99" I said "okay that's fine, I will leave that item", she scanned my other two items and told me my total. I had to ask to use my Prestige Card. I am not sure if it is the way I think but if someone asked me about the discount initially, I would be gently reminding them about it. In any event, I asked to use my Prestige Card and she said "yea" with nothing but unpleasant attitude, and looked at me like I was from outerspace. I asked if I could give her my phone number (like I have for the past NUMEROUS times with no issue) and Joyce replied "no, I need the card" . No explanation, no details, nothing but attitude and acting like I was a total inconvenience to her. The card was in my wallet (somewhere) but it's very convenient for me to give my phone number to pull up the account. At this point, I was VERY irritated as I couldn't believe that I was getting this type of service. I asked to speak to a manager. Joyce huffed and didn't say anything - she just walked away. She came back and said "she's just finishing eating, she will be out when she is done". Again, I was disgusted, Everyone is entitled to lunch but there is a nicer way to convey this information. The "manager" came out - I believe her name was Jessica - she asked what happened, I explained it to her. During all of this, I started looking for the physical card. I found it and presented it to Jessica to which she replied "you had the card the whole time? so what was the problem?" I said the problem is that the person providing Customer Service during the MOST stressful time of the year is incredibly rude. Joyce, who was standing beside Jessica, huffed and walked away while loudly saying "wow, some people". Jessica completed my transaction and refunded my friends transaction to give her the discount. She apologized repeatedly for Joyce's behavior. Besides her initial snarky remark about having the card the entire time, Jessica was pleasant and helpful. My point to this is that I will NEVER return to your Bramalea City Centre location nor would I EVER recommend this location to a friend. I can't believe the behavior from the Sales Rep (more specifically Joyce). I strongly suggest that she is given a refresher in her customer service skills and how to deal and communicate with the public. I do not feel that she approached any of the situation in a professional or courteous manner. I wasn't asking for a discount that was out of the world, I was asking to use a discount program that Suzy Shier itself promotes to their clients.

Customer service must be kept on a top priority. I hope management looks onto this issue seriously. The employees take the customers as granted.
