Everything was great, found the bed to be a bit too soft, and the pillows a bit too fluffy. At least we were able to get better pillows, but the bed was still quite soft, to the point it felt I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Everything else, from the Valet to Reception and everything being close by was great. Will certainly be back.
Every staff member we encountered were absolutely lovely and professional. Very friendly people. We MUST mention Jeremy who is a manager in the Chop restaurant and bar. Wonderful in his position and very capable in making people feel welcomed and looked after. His ability to remember names and faces is amazing. We have had several wonderful stays with the Sutton Hotel and love coming back. -- Its great to have free upgrades and early check ins. -- We feel very welcomed and valued when we stay with the Sutton family
Your staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly, very energetic and very welcoming. I'd like to give a shout out especially to the valet staff. They were awesome!!nPerfect location with the theatre only 2 blocks away and at least 15 restaurants at various price points within a 3 block radius.nIt was fantastic, and we'll be back
Everyone was wonderful! -- Free parking or a discount. -- I love staying with you but the one thing I missed that you used to have in the rooms is real mugs instead of paper. It seems small but makes a huge difference.
Amazing spot! My wife and I had a date night, and we decided to get a room there. We were upgraded to a suit and what a great experience. The room was spacious, and the massive windows let in plenty of natural light. The curtains worked great to have a pitch black room. 2 things we didn't like were the bed and pillows. It was uncomfortable for us. However, the staff were great and very helpful.nnThe Chop Steakhouse was delicious with great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
