We have a wonderful stay at The Sutton Place in Halifax. The front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a great experience. I even received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise.nnThe room is in excellent condition and I had an amazing view overlooking Halifax. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable.nnWe stayed at The Sutton Place in Toronto before and had a great experience there as well.nnI would absolutely book The Sutton Place in Halifax as well as in Toronto again.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service — especially from JOJO. Jojo was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always noticing the small details before I even had to ask. From check-in to daily support, the service was genuinely above and beyond: patient, proactive, and incredibly considerate. It’s rare to meet someone so professional yet so warm. Thank you, Jojo, for making my stay feel seamless and perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
We had such a lovely staycation in this hotel to celebrate my birthday. We initially booked a queen size two-bedroom suite and were delighted to receive an upgrade. The hotel was cozy, clean, and had such a relaxing vibe — exactly what we needed for a weekend escape.nnThe staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to checkout. Special thanks to Patricia Lopez at guest services — she went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel so welcome. Also, a big thank-you to Shelby at valet parking for his professionalism and thoughtful support — it truly meant a lot to us.nnOur room was spotless with a beautiful view, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and waterfront. My kids said, “These are the best days of our lives. Thanks, Mom!” nnHighly recommend this hotel for its comfort, warmth, and local charm. We’ll definitely come back again!
nI had a wonderful stay at Sutton Place Hotel in downtown Halifax. The valet parking was convenient and fast, and the staff provided truly excellent service throughout my visit. My room had great view, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is that the entrance could be more noticeable, as it’s easy to miss and requires turning around the block. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!
