Being able to change and adjust the rating is why 4 stars; I am still in works with them, and Guy is doing very well for us. He has been informative and seems to be working with us at a pace dictated by our current situation which is neither bolstering or hindering. The boasted go getter attitude and the ratings by other gives me hope for a wonderful transaction and working situation with this firm.

After several attempts to contact this company with no reply from them re a MLS listing in Cobalt, Ontario i felt the need to post a review. They have a posting of a home in Cobalt, Ontario on the MLS even though they are in Sudbury Ontario, 2h 45m away that list the house as "all brick" clearly it is NOT, my guess is that they were never at the property prior to listing. Will they change that? Probably not, its just misleading advertising, if its not changed or removed i guess the next step is to go through i long task of making a complaint against them to MLS.

Based on my experience with Guy, I'll give it one star
