HORRIBLE! To being with I had booked an appointment with Sara for a refill she’s good however whoever booked me did not give me Sara. I got some other girl who did a horrible job and was done with the refill after 30 minutes!!!! Everyone knows when your lashes are basically empty it doesn’t take 30 minutes! I called them twice after that to explain my situation and not once did they answer the phone. Very unprofessional don’t waste your money on cheap eyelashes. As they say the more you pay the better quality and service you get. Laval location I wish I could insert a photo of how bad of a job this was.
I think that after searching in quite a few places I found my ideal place for eyelashes, good, good price, good treatment. I was very satisfied with the work with the treatment towards me and nice kindness of my liset technique. I love the living room!

My girlfriend was delighted with the incredible service of sucycils, Liseth's technique is excellent and totally professional in her work. My girlfriend does not understand Spanish and although technicians speak Spanish they always look for a way to satisfy her 100%I find it totally in bad taste and to a certain point racist to see comments that some clients are bothered by Spanish, it's just my comment because I'm Latino.I have been here for many years and the work of Latin people has always been an excellent job.
This place loud. The girls are talking in spanish and put the music very loud. They have no respect. The lash done very fast and one over the other. I did my lash one week ago I came back to fix a few lashes broken they’re charged me the whole refill price. Service are very bad. All the 5 star reviews you’ve seen they’re all their spanish ppl. Some of them are not even in Canada
I didn't know what to expect when I started doing my lashes at Susy Cils. The service is fast and the results are wonderful! There is always availability, there is always a quick response to your questions and of course, always a warm welcome. After almost a year of service with Stephanie, she is attentive to my needs, always listens to me and my stories hahaha and her work is meticulous and fast! Thank you to this beautiful service, for the affordable prices, for the availability and for making us feel at home.
