The food is always great. Staff are always friendly. Went on a Friday, so if you’re not a fan of waiting, or having the common decency of patience, then see yourself out because it may take longer. One of my favorite things to do is just get a bunch of Nigiri on a plate and just enjoy that slowly. I do though find the rainbow to be a lovely addition as well as the caterpillar roll.
Customer service and price was great. Food came out quickly. Quality of sushi could have been better. Lots of rice in the rolls. Lunch all you can eat option is a pretty good deal
I am a sushi lover and this is the worst sushi restaurant I have been to so far. We went for the bento boxes, whoever preparing the meal have to idea how Japanese food supposed to taste like. Their tempura is nothing like a traditional tempura, veggies are coated in a thick batter, looks like a deep fried fish you find in fish and chip restaurant. The rice in sushi taste like it was prepared long time ago. The chicken had funny taste, didn't look like real chicken. Only item I found to be decent was the salmon.
I’ve been eating here for the last 4 years and it’s my favorite sushi place. It’s always very clean and the workers are super friendly! I’m super obsessed with the “Idaho Roll” and it’s ALL I eat! I’m pregnant currently and really craving them so I have gotten them three times a week. It’s not super expensive. I order usually the Idaho Roll and the Spicy Crunch. The Idaho roll has- crab, Avacado, cream cheese and house sauce which to me taste like a thick version of a tangy lemon sauce. Then the spicy crunch has- tempura shrimp, crab, avacado, and cream cheese. It’s tempura dipped and has a tangy spicy sauce that actually isn’t hot at all. If we’re talking on a scale of 1-10 I’d give spice a 2. It’s such a small amount on top of the sushi it doesn’t make it hot. This sushi restaurants presentation even for dine-out is always beautiful! I’ll probably eat them forever! I’d highly recommend this place because they have over 80 rolls! And they have hot and cold rolls. Tempura rolls, all kinds! It’s definitely one of my favorite places in Idaho to eat!
Nothing about this experience was good. I’m not gonna say worst experience but was definitely a disappointment. The fried rolls tasted as if they were fried in old oil. Only thing with flavor was my miso soup which I noticed had no tofu. Presentation was okay. Definitely looks better than it tasted.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
All you can eat--good sushi for an amazing price. Great selection. Includes house salad and miso soup but only at request. Fast service. Kids 5 and under eat free. Plan on coming back
We came in to try the all you can eat sushi for lunch. It was a little over $15 per person I mention that because I know it can be hard to find the price! The atmosphere is very laid back and it’s a fun idea, you get a note pad with all the sushi options available and you mark the ones you want. Then they take your paper and bring the sushi! It was an overall really fun place to try out and the all you can eat comes with the option of miso soup or a salad as well! The sushi wasn’t anything to write home about, it actually is pretty far down on my list for sushi! It’s not bad by any means just not great! There are other incredible sushi places around Boise and I just can’t say I would come again if I wanted good sushi!
My wife and I come here a lot for the all you can eat sushi. It is a great price per person and the rolls are excellent. I wish the atmosphere was a little more updated but other than that we've never had a bad meal and the wait staff is always accommodating.Food: 4/5
This is my favorite place to come for sushi! My friends and I visit frequently! We love the food!!! We always look forward to our sushi trips. Customer service is amazing. The employees are very friendly, quick, always aware of you, and know when you’re ready to order.
Took about an hour to get my good to me and so many of the rolls were basically just rice with the tiniest bit of fish or avocado in it. My water glass never gor filled up either. The all you can eat was only $22 so it was on the cheaper side, but man it was not worth it.
