Delicious, very flavourful Sushi . The Nigiri is Yellow Tail - was excellent and clearly fresh. Shrimp Tempura was nice and tender. Was ready exactly when they said it would be. 100% would recommend.
Worth every ! PicKed up an amazing take out meal this evening. Delighted by the attention to detail and quality of all the rolls. the SHRIMP TEMPURA was YUM . Also - very cute little drive/walk through for pick up. Friendly service and order ready right on time
We are not sushi experts and were a little anxious when we decided to try this out. The restaurant was very cozy and tastefully decorated. Our host was very gracious and answered all of our questions. We had tuna nigiri and lightly fried soft shell crab rolls. Very well presented. We loved it, look forward to returning soon.
Having been to a few dozen different sushi restaurants all over the country, I can honestly say this is the best sushi I've had. We have been a few times, it is take out only-- at least as long as we have been going. The couple that run the restaurant are always so happy and kind, you call ahead to order and they will give you a time to show up. The quality of the food is amazing, everything we have tried has been perfect. We have even recieved a little gift of manuka tea or tempura at the take out window when picking up our food. great value, both in quality and experience. thank you!

Despite COVID-19, they're still doing take out and the quality is just as always, excellent! Ordered the Special Unagi Roll, Salmon and Tuna Sashimi and they even threw in a couple pieces of Nigiri! Photos do not do it justice, the lighting made the salmon look pale. Excellent! Will be back for more soon <3 best Sushi, better than anything I've ever had in Kingston.
Best sushi restaurant in Eastern Ontario. Lobster roll is best thing I have ever eaten. Hosts are extremely friendly. Service is immediate and thoughtful. Food put together by a master/artist. Massive pieces of sushi with high end everything. A must for any sushi enthusiast and worth the drive from anywhere in Eastern Ontario.
This place is amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful with menu items. I love sushi and sushi sun definitely didn't disappoint. With a large order ready to go in almost record time. I recommend sushi sun to anyone who appreciates and enjoys sushi as much as myself. If you get the chance please check them out and give them a try. Well worth the money and the drive. Will be our new go to spot.
Absolutely amazing food!! The sashimi was so silky smooth. Everything tasted so fresh and the presentation was amazing for having gotten takeaway. The owners were very friendly. I would definitely order from here any time I'm in Gananoque. Worth the price for high end style sushi.
Ordered a take-out sushi bowl for my first order at Sushi Sun! It was extremely well made and the staff were all super hospitable and kind! Would definitely recommend to others
