Visited the location for a bubble drink A few tables inside and unfort were sticky/dirty from drinks Three of us waiting for three drinks but it was refreshing Restroom available Only street parking available Friendly staff
6:15pm on a Thursday April 6 evening my husband and I were turned away by a very rude cashier. Upon entering, we looked at the menu for bubble tea and as we were about to order she said " We don't make bubble tea orders now because we have too many orders for sushi! " Do noted, that there was no one else in the store besides us and a guy that walked in shortly after. Very Rude and unacceptable service
This sushi place is one of the few that actually listens when I ask for no spicy mayo. They have a good selection and are conveniently close to all my other errands.Food: 5/5
All the makis were or became undone. The sashimis were also quite abnormally warm. Just adding emphasis that it's NOT A GOOD FEATURE OF RAW FISH. A lot of them were also badly cut and/or uncut so were basically chained together by a big chunk of avocado - which in turn would precipitate their fate: getting all undone. We ate a few pieces and threw everything in the compost. I want my 45$ back. I'm never eating there again. UPDATE: MTY told me uber eats would refund me. They didn't. So they gave me a 20$ coupon that doesn't work online. Useless.
I love sushi shop poke usually. But this one did not make the cut. I basically paid 17$ for rice and lettuce. Not worth it! Also placed stinked and looked a bit sad. I should have eaten at Sham just arround the corner, for the same ammount of money would have eaten a tastier meal!
Sushi is tasty and made fresh to order with care so expect a little waiting. Service is unexsistent and cold.
Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I and a colleague ordered delivery on the Sushi Shop site, which is apparently linked to DoorDash. I get a call saying that there is NO delivery man... and I have to go get it. Since I have no choice, I make my way there. I get a notification from DoorDash that "Nathalie" was on her way to pick up my order. I then get ANOTHER call from the store that, the delivery man is there, and got asked if I still want it delivered... Well YES I want to... I tipped the driver for a reason PS: manager told me I couldn't cancel. Just a very frustrating back and forth situation because the store had no clue how their system works. And I got no apology or explanation whatsoever. *Edit* bringing to 2 stars. Wrote an e-mail as suggested. No answers. Clearly they do not care
Will not order again. Poke bowl is tasteless, drowned in shredded iceberg lettuce. Dragon eye sushi had a big chunk of raw green onion that overpowered everything else in the roll. The items we ordered came squeezed and tilted in a single bag, and most of it looked like a mess when we received it. There are so many other places to order from in the area, this place is not worth your money.
The food was decent but the wait was unbearable. We sat down and waited over 50 minutes for our order and they got it wrong too, but we just ate it anyway because we were so hungry.
This is the worst sushi shop I've been. The ramen soup we ordered were made by Instant noodles which you can buy from any place for 10 cents. The seafood in the soup is not fresh. Both me and my friend had Diarrhea after the lunch.
