Ordered from this Sushi Shop on oct 5th at 5:15pm. The sushi was the best sushi I have ever ordered in any sushi shop. The size, was perfect the taste was great. I have complained how the Bromont shop makes smaller rolls so you have to order more. The sushi chef in Cowansville is an expert. Also the service at the counter was excellent the person who served me had the nicest smile, thank you.

Bad restaurant. Been there three times and the three times, they could not serve customers. They had NO sushi at all prepared and told me at 18h30 that my order would take too much time for their shift, they could not do it by 20h00. Restaurant was EMPTY and I was the only consumer there... Sushi is supposed to be eated fresh, so I do not want my sushi to be old and prepared several hours before meals! Fake restaurant that never serve actual FOOD.
What a disaster this was at 12:13pm Had placed an order at home to be picked up at location. Got to location and wow order wasnt even recognized by any of the 3 staff. Cashier advised maybe order was placed to granby, seriously that's the excuse on top of it cashier states to me "you shouldnt place the order on the internet, really has issues." To seconds after she states oh yes we got thr order but we didnt accept the order... Have to wait an additional 25 minutes. No sorry no apology no discount NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THIS LOCATION, AND DONT ORDER ONLINE CAUSE WITH THE LOUD MUSIC THAT CANT HEAR THE ORDER ON THERE TABLET. Not happy with the service, I look forward to hearing from the branch manager Laurie l'heureux.
Honestly, the sushi shop in Cowansville is going very down hill. I got home and question many of the pieces of sushi in the order I had. I very much doubt that this was made the same day. The avocados were black in the pieces that were hidden, there was fish that was discoloured and smelt really dated. The Edamame had a short black hair in it. When we got there we were told any orders we would want to make would take over an hour because they were only 2 employees and they had 2 orders only one of them was making stuff while the other was talking with his friends!?!. Very, very disappointed in this restaurant!
Delays are long. Employees try to discourage orders. Short staff ongoing issues. Rude manager. Time for change!
Order online people! I've NEVER been disappointed when ordering online ahead of time. Its fresh sushi guys, it takes time to make.
Very disappointed with the service. I called an hour and fifteen minutes in advance for an order that contained 4 varieties of sushi. Arrived and waited an extra 45 minutes to receive my order, with few clients in the restaurant. The time it took in my opinion is unexplicable, very disappointed in the service.

Excellent food and service. If you're in a hurry, make sure to check the fridge for sushi ready to go.
