Sushi Shop Fleury

We order Sushi Shop a lot. My wife, kids and myself usually enjoy it. Unfortunately we avoid the fleury location. Their food preperation is inconsistant with other Sushi shops. Examples: - No black tobiko on black mamba - Poke Bowls have less rice than other places. Ours had less salmon, no seaweed strips, no green onions, no orange tobiko. We order from another location who are always consistant.

Ordered twice on uber eat, both time they didn't follow instructions no mayo.. really simple but they still put it in. Gives u a partial money back only.. order from another one if you can, if you have food allergies you'll just throw your money away...

Worst sushi shop. Avoid at all costs. They charge as many sauces as they possibly can. After paying 75 cents each for 4 extra sauces and getting only 2 soya free for 4 items, I checked my sauces... 2 squirts and 1/4 full containers, I asked for them to fill it up like normal sauce and they filled it to the half mark there were 0 cucumbers in the spicy shrimp poke bowl. I checked the black mamba, 0 black caviar, again I asked for this to be rectified and the manager made sure to sprinkle the roll with black caviar. The funny thing is they hide your whole order in brown paper bags so had I not checked I would’ve realized at home that my sauces were empty you could literally see the transparent bottom... Why did I go there... the ladies doesn't know how to make rice... it's all mushy. It's a shame. Worst experience of those type of fast-food sushi place. Quick and go type.

I got not only 1 but 2 long dark hair in my sushis!!! It' s Very disturbing to remove 1 from my mouth.... Anyone working behind should cover their hair fully.

Very inconsistent!! I've order and picked-up food here many times. The food is generally good which is why I gave it a 2 star but the service is beyond horrible. Today was the worse, I called in to make an order and the girl told me to wait a moment. I can hear her talk to the another staff in mandarin and laughing. She then answered 3 other clients at the cash. Until then I was patient and waited thinking she had a rush and would answer once she had serve the clients. 10 minutes later, no more clients, I was still on the line waiting for her to answer saying hello like a stupid person on the phone to get her attention. That is beyond ridiculous. Another time I ordered, they would say they deliver sometimes they would say they don't. The delivery guy was rude, got the order wrong and wanted to charge us twice for delivery and then forgot items on our order when he delivered a second time. Service is horrendous, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are stuck and just want to come by and pick it up.

Ive tried almost all the sushi shop and this one is hands down the BEST. Have been going back since the first time I tried. 10/10.
