Sushi Sama

I was really happy to see this place in St. Eustashe, because they have different variety of sushi. Was really looking forward to order and be regular customer. So for sushi I give them five stars. But what really ruined my experiences with them, and for which I would give them only one star is the customer service experience. For my last purchase they double charged me and over 10 days now they are not willing to acknowledge it. I have called and even went with proof for it, but they kind of trying to ignore it. So... People be vigilant!!!

Update on May 10, 2021 - Ordered a larger variety a second time, and can say this place is amazing. Everything was delicious again and accurate this time! --Love this new spot! Ordered online, the menu was easy to navigate and my order was prepared freshly and efficiently. I was quoted about 45 mins time for the order to be ready but it was done in less than half an hour. I like some of the unique sushi ingredients and combinations you don't find at every chain. Everything tasted delicious and the staff was pleasant upon pick up. Only drawback is that I added a note to my order stating "no wasabi please" and this was ignored. When I saw a copy of the order receipt, my note was printed in bold but I guess whoever prepared the order forgot or did not look. Taking away 1 star for this, since this could be an allergy issue. Please pay attention to special requests or notes, it'll show you are attentive to customer needs. Thankfully I am not allergic to wasabi but since I don't eat it, it's just a waste.

the boba is horrible. I got the mango slush and it genuinely looked white, and the flavour is nonexistent. it tasted disgusting and I had to throw it out. DONT GO THERE
