They are recently opened and I'm found this gem by accident. I ordered a salmon poke bowl and requested it to be spicy salmon instead. The owner came to the front to explain the difference between 2 salmon options I was considering. She was kind, welcomed me with a smile and knowledgeable. My order was ready in 5 min which was great since I was in a rush. The food was excellent. It was so tasty that I didn't want my eating experience to end. I highly recommended ordering from this place. I'll definitely will be coming back.
Sushi was amazing! Very fresh and portion sizes were impressive. Definitely my top 2 for sushi in Orleans!
As a sushi-goers from around the world, we can be quite picky but we're quite impressed with our order last night. We had two poke bowls, miso soup, and chicken karaage. The poke was the best I've had, great quality fresh ingredients you can taste the freshness over other poke spots, lots of delicious crunchy toppings vs. being mainly a bowl of rice, and that sauce ties everything together! I may be wrong but the chicken karaage seemed to be fresh chunks of hand-breaded chicken thighs which is a rare treat for this common appetizer. The miso was on the higher scale of flavor profile. All in all absolutely delicious, and I seriously can't wait to try their sushi!!!
We weren't sure what to expect considering the new restaurant with some early reviews that sounded almost too perfect! I also found via google that they use pictures from other restaurants... I decided to give it a shot and share our Raw experience. Happy to report good quality ingredients & tasty options! Presentation was actually great, and portions are decent for the price range. The staff was nice at the pick-up only counter. Note that there's a decent upcharge on UberEats, so I would definitely suggest using their pickup option. We found the smoked salmon on maki odd to our palete, but the menu is extensive enough to have something for everyone. I would love to see edamames added to the poke bowls: which are tasty btw! Also worth noting that our assorted sushi platter contained 30% of pieces that were just cucumber or avocado: without fish. We liked that they use uncolored ginger and good wasabi. We found the soy sauce provided to be tasty and a better choice than sachets, but came in small containers that don't work for dipping. We were overall very happy with our first experience and glad to see more options for good sushi in the area! Parking: Storefront parking shared between businesses

For an early dinner I picked up a miso soup and a 20 piece assorted plate. For being takeout sushi it was pretty good. The nigiri sushi pieces were great and would be something worthwhile to order exclusively. The lady on the phone was courteous and the pickup was quick the pickup itself was also prepared quickly from when the call was placed. Vegetarian options: The menu has a vegetarian section. Parking: The parking lot is kind of small. I can foresee it being a bit difficult to find parking on a busy afternoon/night. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a takeout restaurant. I don't think it would be easy to navigate with a wheelchair.
