Bit expensive. Never got everything we ordered. Sushi was okay and they make super thick rolls which makes you full. Never had this thick sushi in my entire sushi experiences. And just keep track what you order instead of eating things given by them.
The Robot is cute but not very useful. The sushi is good if you want to stuff your face. Nice people and fast service but be prepared to receive duplicates of plates or someone else's dishes so be attentive to correct and stop the plate deliveries. We had a nice time overall. Kid-friendliness: There's a changing table in the girls bathroom!
Great service even on NYE! Food is tasty and fresh. We loved it, thank you to the great staff. Happy new years !
We did take out for 6 people. We ordered a combination of platters and a la carte. The presentation of the food was really good. The lady who served us was really nice and courteous. I found that the quality of the fish was not that great. They have a robot waiter at the restaurant, which I saw when I was picking up the order. For me it is an average place based on the food.
Had a really unpleasant first time experience yesterday December 9 2022. We were there for 1 hour and a half before we got told that here was a back up in the kitchen. Completely understandable but we would’ve appreciated to be told earlier as we would’ve made smaller orders. In addition, another hour later, I never received any of my sushi orders I only my side dishes. We asked the waited if he knew where that specific sushi dish was and he said he didn’t know and would check. Never came back to us. I Ended up leaving and paying full price to not even eat a single piece of sushi.
THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH AND DEBIT first of all, BYOB BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE and by that I mean.. water bottle water over there taste weird. i think their cups are over due. food is good beware the hand roll sushi, they put a lot of rice beef udon soup was great. < recommend! do not order tonkatsu and i didn’t like the curry sauce. tempura shrimp. also, the salmon had an after taste.. weird. but overall good experience. good price $16.99 lunch time from monday to sunday i think. soft drinks aren’t included. they offer 10% discount for student. interesting order system: with a tablet so you can keep track of what you’ve ordered. clean bathroom. staff very quick~
Location is great as you can find parking easily. Restaurant itself is ok clean but getting very loud noise level with few people. Service is ok, Bella the robot is the main attraction and might serve you once or twice. Bella will never replace waiters, it is definitely an attraction. The food is ok, not more. Lunch is 20$ and choices are very limited but acceptable. The rice is ok and very wet making it it stick all together, like paste. Highlight - Maybe the robot because it did made me smile. Lot of family with kids to see Bella and celebrate birthdays - Yes Bella can sign happy birthday. Salmon neck and salmon belly were good. [ok] Maki are ok. [Downside] Kitchen: Food was ok, often warm - cold. Shumai was not good, dry and unappetizing. Chicken Pad Thai was not great, and seasoning off. What was disappointing - I did eat, food was ok, but every time I was asking myself - DO I really want to eat more of this. We were exploring the menu and coming always to the same question... Overall, Lunch, I would not recommend, maybe dinner menu would be better.
My partner and I chose this place for our birthday dinner, and I think it was a fantastic spot to celebrate! We were greeted promptly and when seated were shown how to use and submit orders on their iPad/menu. Everything we ordered was made and presented to us in a timely manner although it is worth mentioning the place was not busy at the time and all the food tasted very fresh and amazing! The price for the all-you-can-eat dinner was reasonable and both of us are very excited to go back. The restaurant's atmosphere was a bit romantic and fancy. I really enjoyed everything about this place, down to the big comfortable chairs and their clean bathrooms. Cannot wait to come back!
Picked up order was ready perfectly on time and everything was package nicely. The food was very good and fresh.
Food: 3.5 Ambiance: 3 Service: 2 Started the evening very strong; quick service, great tasting food and quiet dining atmosphere. As the meal went on, we started to receive wrong orders, wrong quantities, or straight up lost menu items. Then it escalated to longer waiting times and more wrong orders, until they took away the ipads from which we order stating the kitchen is about to close. Overall, about 60-70% of our orders were either wrong or lost, even though we had the order history in our ipads. We just ended up eating what they gave us or shared with adjacent tables because they got their orders wrong or lost as well. Probably not going to come back.
