Drove over an hour to try this place. Definitely worth it! Their sushi is fresh and not overloaded with rice. I'm finicky with the avocado, but wow I ordered two California rolls and the avocado & rice was just the right texture too! There are no photos of the California rolls because we ate them all... Try their torched rolls too, had some leftovers and took it back home and it was still good! While we waited, the place kept getting calls for orders and someone else drove all the way from richmond hill to pick up.
Sushi park is fantastic - having moved from Toronto in 2020 I was so happy to find a local quality sushi restaurant. I have sent many friends from surrounding areas here. We are devastated to see you're temporarily closed due to the fire, please respond to let everyone know if we can buy gift cards for when you re-open.
When the place was still open, the food was very good especially for a small town such as Uxbridge. Huge shame that a fire had occured, I wish the store owners the best of luck and hope for a quick recovery from the damage.
I have a hard time justifying the price for what I ordered. Dynamite roll, salmon avocado Maki and salmon sashimi, $29. The rolls were tasty but the sashimi was a bit small for $8 and also frozen on the bottom ???
Walked in on a Tuesday at 5:15pm. Placed an order for $85 plus tax. Made me pay up front and I didn’t receive 10% cash discount. He seemed busy so I said I’ll come back at 6:15pm. Arrived back at 6:20pm and he seemed confused who I was. He started looking through receipts asking if my wife had ordered. I knew right away that he had just forgotten about me. Not to long after people started to line up behind me. A girl walked in and asked about her large order she had placed at 6:00pm. He went right to work finalizing her order. Didn’t receiver my order until 6:55pm. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for an order I had pre paid for at 5:15pm. No apology, no discount no nothing. I am very rattled by this experience and will most likely not return. Extremely poor customer service and the sushi quality wasn’t even worth the extra 30% I paid compared to other local sushi establishments. Some sashimi pieces were still frozen.
Most amazing sushi place i have ever tried! The food and fish was so fresh. Service was amazing! Quick food and for a great place, 100% would recommend and will be back Forsure!
Shhhh, don't tell anyone. I like my secret sushi spot to remain a secret. Three years later.... Still the best Sushi I've had in the GTA. Bud, let us know if you're reopening!! If you aren't... Hopefully you had a massive policy and you're retired off at a beach somewhere, you deserve that.

Arguably the best sushi in Durham! You’d think in a small place like Uxbridge, it would be so-so but the quality of their sushi is A1; it’s fresh, tasty, and for its price point, it’s worth it. I got the red dragon, Alaska, golden treasure rolls, and the gyoza and it was crazy delicious! I look forward to going back here and trying more of what they have!
Small portions for the cost, long wait time. Sushi was good and I would order again but it is not my first choice. If you're looking for sushi in this area, it's a decent choice.
