Irreverent and fun, and one that requires good hand-head-heart co-ordination. It begins with a brief history of sushi and Japanese culture to offer context. Then it becomes a hands-on activity, meant to draw out the Inner Sushi Chef in you.
There are 3 levels (I. Making Makimonos. II. Sashimi & Nigiri. III. Super Makimonos & Plate Arrangement), each taking you to the next stage on the course of becoming a great sushi chef.
