Amazing new sushi place opening on second street in North vancouver. Visited this place with family out of town and they all loved the food. Atmosphere is great really unique design. The renovation is beautiful, bright and clean. Love this modern look. Lots of big tables for parties Food was excellent fish was fresh I love sauces and they definitely outdid themselves we enjoyed every bit and will definitely be going back
Wow! I finally made time to try this new restaurant and I'm so glad I did. The service was absolutely first class and the food was beautiful and delicious. I'm already planning next week's visit. I strongly suggest you go before the rest of North Van finds this gem of a restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: My friend is mobility impaired and it was very easy to gain access and seating. Dietary restrictions: I have a serious food allergy and they were more than accommodating.
I came from Edmonton to eat here because I wanted to try high quality, fresh sushi and I wasn't disappointed! Every nigiri I had was delicious. The tempura yam roll is the best I've ever had. The service was amazing because the waitresses were so attentive. I'll be coming back for sure!Food: 5/5
Amazing atmosphere. Fresh rolls and sashimi. spicy chirash don is amazing and tuna bite and Montreal tuna steak is great it’s more than appetizer. Every food we order is beautiful and tasty. Definately will come back
Incredible place, amazing staff, perfect sushi, I cannot recommend enough!
Having visited or ordered take out a few times, the quality has been excellent. Great tasting sushi starts with great rice, which Sushi Kumo gets right. Will keep on going, best place so far in the North Shore! May I suggest more creative veggie options would be nice to have. Vegetarian options: May be worth to have some more.
