Food is excellent, friendly staff, great environment. I recommend here anytime. I never tried to go anywhere else because when I came here it felt like I can sit in this house and enjoy everything that I ordered, and for the most part it wasn’t just me. My wife enjoyed it and so does every other customer I see come here. It’s a clean environment. And it would be nice to have a little bit upgrade to make it more enclosed sections. Like have some high walls so that you can choose to eat privacy. But it’s nice anyways. And give like coupons or something for special holidays and events to get more clients. A good review is the bestselling choice, and I prefer to put a good review if I enjoyed it. When ever you come to Orangeville, try this restaurant and don’t rush, take your time, order ahead maybe book your spot but try it out.
Food was good, it's all you can eat sushi, however we went for lunch and it was $60 to $70 dollars for two. WARNING: if you need wasabi or ginger, they expect you to ask for it as they don't bring it or have it out on the table upon arrival. The service could have been better as no one came to our table to ask us if we wanted refills or how everything was.
I am a huge fan of their salmon sushi pizza and regularly order meals on Skip, but lately I’ve also had two great dine-in experiences with the buffet menu. I took my mom for lunch and she loved it, and took my boyfriend who was visiting from the US for dinner. We loved the salmon belly, cream cheese wontons, tempura broccoli and eggplant , fried rice, sesame balls and red bean ice cream… and of course the fresh sashimi and sushi !! Just delicious and a lovely place for take out, delivery, or dine in
The food overall was good but the scallop roll I got was majorly disappointing. First their take out menu in store was not updated so the price was more than I expected. That was fine. I was craving sushi. The roll fell apart partly my fault, by the time I got home, and the scallop itself was the tiny ones that was clearly seared due to the fact that they were most likely frozen. When I go to a sushi place, I expect a scallop roll to be fresh, raw scallop, especially since I paid $9 for it. So disappointed!
The food was good in taste. We ordered shushi and fried noodles. Noodles was really good. Sushi was not as fresh as expected! Good vibes, decent atmosphere, pretty fast service, ample parking.Food: 3/5
Literally wish I could give zero stars. My last visit was absolutely horrible. I have loved Sushi Kaika for years now, and have gone there very often. The last time I went though, there was a new waiter that was just absolutely horrible. First off, we had 4 pieces of sushi left once we were done and full. We were told we would have to pay for a full roll extra if we didn’t finish what was left. I didn’t know it was a regular business practice to force your customers to eat more food and make themselves sick. I’m shocked by the man that served us, just continuously hovering and making sure we eat every last piece. On top of that, your sushi just straight up sucks, and is massively overpriced. If you want good sushi, go to Sushi Date in Bolton. Better quality and much more reasonably priced. More importantly, they don’t force you to eat until you’re sick.
Great place for a family meal. This was our first visit to Sushi Kaika and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and fast. Our kids absolutely love it here also and are already asking to come back. Great selection and fair pricing.
I am a master google reviewer and have read the other reviews about their service being bad but I believe they now have new staff and they are very friendly ladies! Even the gentleman at the front was super nice and I had an overall great experience the past few times I have been to Sushi Kaika. Food is great. A big thank you to the team.
Tonight was the first time we have dined at Sushi Kaika. The food was excellent! The staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone that loves sushi. They are my new favourite restaurant!
This used to be my all time favorite place to eat and we used to dine here every weekend with our neighbors. We went for dinner in October with our neighbours and were so disappointed. The sashimi was skimpy and substandard, we were not served what we ordered, the chicken dishes were dry and tasted bad. This restaurant used to serve absolutely the best food. Don't understand what happen.
