Sushi Hana is a clean restaurant located in the Thrashers Corner shopping center next to Fred Meyer. You order your food via a touch screen computer on your table, which is then delivered to you by means of a conveyor belt system. They even have a robot that brings you your water after you are seated. They serve pretty basic sushi rolls, with no specialty rolls to speak of. I enjoyed the Paradise Roll and the Hana Roll.

***UPDATE - I ordered the shrimp & vegetable tempura today. Terrible the shrimp was not cooked, the broccoli was burnt, the zucchini was soggy and the carrots were hard. See last picture. Very disappointed the owner’s daughter was very rude & didn’t do anything about it. She said she would tell the cook. Very bad business!! 8/25/2022 First time here. My son & I enjoyed what we ordered & their so much to choose from. We will definitely be back.
So so fun, especially for families with kids. The food quality is a step higher than conveyor belt sushi without being full sit down restaurant quality. The belt brings your special order to your table, and a little robot walks the halls, bringing drinks to your table. It is very entertaining for kids and adults alike. The Wasabi is inside a great squeezable bottle, so it is not contaminated by previous users. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of the pickled ginger that sits on an open mouth jar with a lid and a fork. Otherwise, everything is super clean. Affordable suggestions for the owner to make this place truly kid friendly: 1 lidded cups 2 Serve non iced water for kids 3 hacked chopsticks with rubber band and paper other places do this as soon as they see there is a kid on the table
Very thin fish, rice is overcooked.., hamachi was fishy. They don't even give you made wasabi like most places do.. they rely on the packaged kind. To-go order and it was over $80 for not too much food... will not be returning for sure.Food: 1/5
I love their sushi, it’s quite fresh and has sweet tastes. My favorite roll is yummy roll and sushi is seared salmon sushi. I used to go here before their renovation of sushi train, and still come back to bothell to dine in here from Seattle haha. Definitely it was worth the drive. We love their udon, sushi, and warm food like takoyaki, Agetashi tofu, and calamari. It definitely in little bit pricy range as sushi but quality definitely support the price.
Overall, food is tasty but maybe not worth the price. Seared garlic scallop was delicious and the fresh fish was decent. The rail system was a little janky. The one thing that was disappointing was the seaweed salad.. it was a bowl of garden salad with a dollop of seaweed salad on top. Very deceiving and not worth the price.
Love the concept of this Sushi restaurant! There is a small tablet at the table that you order exactly what you want and it will come out to your table on a little conveyer belt. Makes it really easy to start small and order more. Portions and prices are reasonable, but the quality of the food does not suffer. I do wish that you could order beers from the tablet, but a server is required for those. Overall, had a great time with our family and would return again! Vegetarian options: Veggie rolls are available Kid-friendliness: Wide variety of food that should make it easy to find something kid friendly e.g., karaage & rice Parking: Surface lot out front. Plenty of parking.
Edit a year later: The shrimp tempura changed and tastes and looks exactly like what I get from QFC. Attached picture. So disappointing. My mom from out of state asked me to bring her here again because she loved their tempura so much. Not anymore. Best sushi place! Food is good and inexpensive. I enjoy seeing the monorail bring our food to us. Definitely my favorite sushi place in bothell!
I love being able to order from the table. And pay at the table. And the little robot that brings your food. The whole setup is very entertaining and cute. Sushi conveyer belts are cool too but this way you don’t have to watch your food run around the room before it gets to you. Minus one because it wasn’t the most fantastic sushi I’ve had. But I would be back for the price and speed of service.
