Sushi burrito was way better than what I expected from a mall poke shop. Highly recommend and much lighter than most fast food places at the mall. Need to wait a few for them to make it.
As my review currently stands, it is solely based on the bubble tea. My wife and I have each had bubble tea from this location four times, and each time it was fantastic. Once we try a poke bowl or anything else for that matter I will revisit this review. Edit: I've finally gotten around to trying a poke bowl and so I've decided to edit my review. Unfortunately it knocked the review down to three stars for a couple of reasons. The first was the rice. It was very undercooked. I imagine someone messed up the timing because lots of the rice was actually still hard which means it was pulled far before it was fully cooked. The second problem was the service. The girl that took our order was very rude and seemed almost annoyed that we were ordering food. I know they were busy but it's not a good idea for business to make the customers feel like a nuisance. I don't think we'll ever order from here again especially when there are places like Poke Bros around!
We were looking for a ramen place nearby and this one popped up. We didn’t know that it was in a mall food court, so when we drove up and realized that we almost didn’t go. But, glad we did as it was a very pleasant surprise to actually be a good place for ramen. We had a beef ramen bowl and a chicken teriyaki poke bowl. Both were good and had good fresh ingredients. The staff was nice too and where fine with giving us extra bowls. If you’ve visited a lot of similar places, that’s not always the case, so even though it was a small thing, it meant a lot to us. : Thank you for the delicious dinner to end a wonderful day celebrating a birthday.
This place is AMAZING!!! Literally amazing. The ingredients are so fresh and of such great quality it is mind boggling that this kind of cuisine can be made in a food court. I had a build your own poke bowl with shrimp tempura and it was fantastic! I grew up and have worked the restaurant industry my whole life and I am so impressed with this place. Also had a lychee tea with strawberry boba and it was to die for. The sauces are also 10/10!! Prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for?
I get Postmates from here because I hate the mall.. but goodness I love this place i get the same thing every time the Aloha Favorite Bowl is sooo fresh and yummy The fish, the corn, seaweed salad ahhh!! If you like coconut you have to get the Coconut Milk Tea add lychee jelly & mango poppers so good. Miso soup is great too! Also the spring rolls are so crispy love love love this place!!
Delicious Pho Noodle bowls and I had a caramel drizzle Boba tea. The line was well worth the wait. They know how to fix hot good food!
I came across this place in Concord Mills mall while I was looking for something suitable for a VEGAN to eat. Most of the places in the food court did not have anything or just looked at me like I was crazy for asking, so I was happy to find this!! I got the ponzu veggie lover bowl, all the ingredients were very fresh and the bowl was delicious. Their bowls are big! Its big enough for two people to share if that's what you want to do. I hate sharing so I just kept my for myself. Ha! However, be prepared to wait. It took a long time for me to get my food. At least to me ot did. They take online orders for pickup and for certain delivery services like DoorDash so when it takes a long time try to remember. that. Besides, each bowl is perfectly crafted and perfection takes time.
Please be aware of raw tuna! This was absolutely my favorite taco place I drove thirty minutes to have a few of their taco haven’t had it in a while the cashier helped with my decision making!! Not blaming her! I did not know that the tuna was raw. I gave my husband one of each taco he noticed after a bite that it was raw tuna I immediately took it back for exchange for another taco the cashier was fine exchanging but here comes this Asian older lady came up and said no it was bite yes it was that’s how he realized it was raw!!!!! I just told them to trash it!!! You will never get my money again!!!!
At the genesis of my eatings here, I ordered the pork belly ramen. Lord, was that the most atrocious dish I have eaten. It felt as though I was eating faux meat with simply water alongside it. After that experience, I seriously and wholeheartedly could never eat ramen again without thinking back on this moment. Even now, three years later, I shed tears at the thought of it. Though, I continued to come back. Something compelled me, I never and still do not know why. Regardless, a couple days ago I returned and I simply just wanted to have a small dish, so I ordered their chicken teriyaki onigiri. One small simple dish. I believed that it would not have taken a long time. How wrong I was. I waited 30 minutes. 30 minutes for a chicken teriyaki onigiri. I asked the worker twice on the whereabouts of my food and its estimated time of arrival but the worker just… ignored me! Blasphemous! Only when I asked for return of my money did they began to care and my order was given to me two minutes later. It was not delectable. This place was not up to par, the food was below average, the wait was endless, I am sullen to say that I will not be returning to this establishment. However, the cashier was quite a beautiful lady, a rare positive from this experience.
We have only had this delivered but man it is good! The sushi is huge and delicious, the egg rolls are some of the best I've ever had and everything else we have had is amazing.Food: 5/5
