good food :) ... friendly table service .. craft beers ... full bar ... live music .. .. TVs .. private and extended table service room .. wood burning fireplace .. good amount of table .. POOL table!

Horrible customer service. It was my first time there. We arrived about 10 min before brunch ended, but managed to place our order in time. The waitress brought me the incorrect meal. When I informed her I had ordered something else, she apologized and said she would go see if the kitchen would make it. She came back minutes later, and said the kitchen would not make the meal I had originally ordered despite it being an employee error. I had to order something else off the lunch menu which took about another 1/2 hr. They did not offer to comp the meal or do anything for me to make up for the horrible service. Nice location on the water, but I wouldn't go there again.
