Made an order with Wolt, guy from restaurant called me in few minutes and told that they don’t have black olives but they can offer something instead, I asked for extra cheese. Order came really quick and it was the most cheesy pizza I’ve ever had, there was more cheese that dough haha, it was really tasty, with a lot of salami and jalapeños as well and they gave me few sauces for free because of the olives. I’m very satisfied and thank you for amazing customer service, definitely will order again

So excited place! We were traveling and just get to Pizza Hut as it was really near to our hotel. Price is good enough and pizza is tasty. Medium size is just suitable for 1 person. Liked the service and small waiting time just around 10 minutes.

My first experience with Pizza Hut. It wasn't bad but I'm just not gonna become a big fan of this type of pizza. This crust was still too big for me. And it's just a mass production fast food. Good quality product, good ingredients, good bake. Nothing to really complain. I just didn't like it too much and therefore only three stars. If you ever had a proper Italian pizza from wood oven you'll understand what's my problem. If not, you'll enjoy Jabba the Hutt Pizza. Oh wait, wrong reference. Also I have mention the pizza guy which was really friendly and provided a good service and product. And the place itself was very clean and runned properly.

It was good but my pizza didn’t really have a lot of toppings compared to other Pizza Hut branches

I have always loved Pizza Hut Pizza.  But I didn't like this pizza at all.  There was very small amount of cheese in it and their service was very poor.  They asked me to take away or dine in?I said  I will eat here.i was waited for my pizza 32 minutes ... Later when I ask for my pizza at the counter they give it in the box?  And drink!  Nothing to say.

For a late night / end of service it was good enough

I'm from the US and I know what Pizza Hut pan pizza / crust should taste like. Our pizza from Klapkova arrived when it was supposed to, and the pizza was very good -- tasted just like it would in NYC. All ingredients were tasty, the pizza looked appetizing. IDK why there are so many negative reviews, kind of baffling. We will definitely order again.  EDIT 3/2/21: Last week we ordered again and it was just as good! We also tried the wings and they are the best we've had in Prague, in cca 20 years. Perfect flavor. We will only get wings here from now on.  Honestly, I could name 10+ well-known "artisan" restaurants in Prague that get too creative with their sauces and we end up not eating them because they either burn our mouths or just don't taste good. The original Buffalo wings from Buffalo NY are world famous for a reason. No need to reinvent the wheel.
