This store is disgusting and unsanitary. You may be shocked to find yogurt that expired in June, still being sold in August, or bread that has rodent bites. They refused to offer a refund or any kind of acceptable customer service, citing the store policy requiring proof of purchase.
Super Store is my go-to grocery store! The selection is incredible, offering a wide range of fresh produce, quality meats, and a fantastic variety of international foods. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need. The prices are competitive, and I appreciate the great deals and promotions they frequently offer. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience every time. The bakery section is a personal favorite, with delicious and fresh-baked goods. Super Store truly has everything you need under one roof.
I have been living in the white rock area for over a year now and I shop for my groceries at superstore. BUT, i may not do that anymore. At least not at this store. I am tired of going there and coming home to find that my prebagged bags of fruit that cost anywhere from 5$ to 15$ being rotted inside. I have lived with there being a noticeable continuous short of products like baking goods on the shelves but, when I have to waste gas money to take that drive twice in two days, once to shop and once to return rotting food, I get a little upset. Do these people even care about their customers? Things like a beef roast the size of my little fist at 32$ and other such items not even attainable for me because of cost, I certainly don’t appreciate having to drive back on my money to force them to do their damn job and check these things before they try to sell them. You just lost a customer. But I’m sure that since this seems to be a regular thing, you really don’t care about me. SickeningnI just noticed that the website put cell phone store on this post. It s NOT the cell phone store. IT IS SUPERSTORE!!!
I went yesterday to buy some clothes from there joe fresh section, stood there for 30 minutes to just get some help to try them on . I went to multiple employees saying if they could help all said we don’t know about it.nNo answer , really bad experience.
PC Express pickup: bring a book! It's gonna be a while.np.s. Also, pen & paper shopping list: no phone service allowed around here! You better not need an ambulance when you see their prices.
