Supermarket IGA extra Pierre Patry

Fruits and veggies seem to be good quality. There is a lot of choice and prices are good.

Had a crappy experience at the express cash. Probably 5 or 6 in the express line while the cashier spent a good 5 minutes running around finding a circular or something. We all stood there looking at each other,. Some changed lines, others rolled their eyes at each other. But that's not what perturbed me as that happens. What perturbed me was that there was clearly a manager and an assistant manager standing chatting and laughing about 10 feet away from the cash and when I mentioned to them could they get someone to replace the cashier the female assistant basically yelled out to me to relax. I put down my goods and walked out. As soon as I was hitting the door they had another cashier on the cash. Not my neighborhood IGA but if it was I'd never go back. That's not customer service.

Nice store, pleasant staff good quality of fresh vegetables and fruits.

It was a magical journey of many fresh foods. I only removed one star because Galdalf stood at the cash blocking me from a swift exit.
