Took my 76 Honda in March based on the reviews here and the fact that vintage bikes are the shop's specialty. The bike had been sitting for a year in my parents shed and needed a tune up so I could ride it down to Philly where I live now. The owner was more than willing to work with me over the phone and even was willing to call my father to arrange a time to pick up the bike, all of that I really appreciated.
The tune up was all satisfactory, although the carb ended up needing to be rebuilt. But when I picked it up the bike made it down to Philly without issue. However two small things are the reason for the ratings ding. First the chain was loose, I didn't check it when I picked it up but within a week and 200 it was definitely loose. Not a huge deal but still.
Second happened just recently 3, almost 4, months after I had the work done. I lost power above a certain rpm value, due to being 2 hours away with no way to tow the bike i took it to a shop near me. They ended up pulling gasket sealant out of the main jet of one of my carbs, it turns out Supercycles had used gasket sealant to piece my carbs back together which got turned into goo by the ethanol gas we have now a days. According to this shop the sealant was really globbed on too.
End result is that I'm not upset because this shop successfully rebuilt my carbs, and got the bike in shape to take down to where I live after it sat for a year. But it is unfortunate I had to pay to get their mistake fixed

I'd ignore the reviewer at the bottom of this list because if you ever stepped foot into this shop you'd immediately realize rude and overpriced are the last words I would ever use to describe this place. In fact, I brought in a restored 1966 Honda CL77, which he fixed for a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. I was so impressed by my initial interaction here, that I plan to bring my only other Japanese motorcycle here for as long as I own it. Had I not brought it here, I'm very confident I would paid dearly for a misdiagnosis elsewhere. I've owned various marques over many years and this is hands down one of my best experiences I've ever had anywhere.

Got my tires mounted and balanced. No problem. Transaction was smooth.

First time I called because of a co-workers recommendation. He specializes in Japanese bikes. He was honest and told me not to bother fixing an old Magna my brother gave me even though he knew I was going to use him. Not worth the money to fix. He later checked out a potential buy for me and gave it the thumbs up and even told me what it was worth to help in the negotiation. I have had breaks, tire and other service and he always does an great job. He does not run a retail shop so some parts may not be available right away and he does get booked up since not a mega shop. All in all I highly recommend.
