Took my daughter here to have her hair cut and colored. The stylist was very attentive and helpful. My daughter loved how her hair looked!

Taken my 8 year old son to get a haircut, good service except pricing has changed. Apparently they are not barbers from what I was told, so lining him up in the front was extra, I know economy is tight, but to charge extra on lining up isn't ideal for me, its the same thing as lining up the back neck. Need to change menu on pricing, and new name should be "supercuts hairstylist" yes I do know the definition of barber. Me myself, not going to spend $16 dollars on a kids cut in half an hour. Better luck next time little man.

I went there for a haircut before Thanksgiving, The lady who cut my hair acted very careless and rude when I tried to tell her about they type of hair cut I wanted. I wanted the dead ends cut off, even on the layers but I wanted my layers to blend into the hair, and to continue to grow out. She created choppy layers that were of different lengths that could be visibly seen. She even stated she took off more than 2in from the layers before asking me if it was okay to do that. That's a lot of hair. When I asked if there was a way to cut the hair underneath to create volume like I had a lady at the salon do before, she proceeded to ask if I wanted a backcomb and called it a hoochie hump. Very unprofessional. I never got what I wanted and now I have to restart the whole process of growing my layers out to the normal length of my hair. Be careful coming into this salon. If someone seems unprofessional or careless, leave or find someone who cares about you and what you want. That's what you're paying them for. I've had some amazing cuts their, but yesterday had to have been the worst a haircut I have ever experienced. It was right before Thanksgiving too.
