Worst customer experience ever

Videotron has the best customer service ever! Very happy with their service; when i call, problems are solved within 5 to 10 min. They don't make you wait and no transferring from one person to another.

Very good customer service. The girl speaks French. English and Spanish. Very nice.

Worst customer experience ever. The staff there could care less about the customer. Went in to exchange a DOA new mobile, left terminating a 25 year relationship with videotron. That takes a lot when the only alternative is Bell for TV and internet

Rawya is actually terrible. Does not do her job well and is very condescending with her vibes. I did really like the other representative, very professional and outstanding.

Sales staff went above and beyond for me, highly recommend this location and it was all due to the great service from Julien an Edy. Thank you so much for resolving an issue that was caused by another location.

They are just THE best! Don't be mistaken here, I dropped my phone while cycling throughout Montréal city and somebody brought it to them! They called the number that appeared as required and I took my Communauto and came to find it here intact! Thanks universe! Vidéotron is the best company EVER!!!

I’ve been a client of Roger’s for the past 18 years even when Rogers was Rogers AT&T I recently came into a video Tron store and I was served by a gentleman named Christophe in the cote vertu shopping centre. I have never received such excellent service and at the same time somebody who is informative and knew everything he was talking about thank you I am now converted to video trying to mow longer be a customer of Roger’s
