Service here is a 10/10, we put in a to-go order and called to make sure the pick up time was correct. The miss on the other line was super friendly and was even able to get the order ready earlier for us. Highly recommend the tater tots “All Dressed”, they are flavor CITY. I feel like it’s a cross between BBQ and vinegar, whatever they are is perfection! The burger on the other hand was decent, the meat wasn’t seasoned and to follow up the tater tots left us a bit disappointed. Everything about the burger was super fresh though and the bun was soft. Give the tater tot’s a 9.5 and the burger a 7.
I regret to say that I cannot recommend this place due to the mistreatment I encountered from the staff, coupled with a lack of clear explanation. As an active user on Google Maps with over 6,000 contributions and having visited more than 21 countries, I have never encountered a situation like this. I visited on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 4:40 pm, and the place had low occupancy based on number of occupied tables. The decor is interesting, and the location is satisfactory. Their menu offers a variety of appealing options. The food was satisfactory, with good taste and reasonable portion sizes. However, the service was average, with room for improvement in terms of customer service. One problematic aspect is that they ask if you want to pay upfront, meaning you are expected to tip without knowing the quality of the experience. I recommend paying at the end for a fair assessment. The issue began when we made a complaint about not receiving mayonnaise after asking for it in 3 different times. The waitress apologized in an unfriendly tone, citing a high volume of orders as the reason for the delay. We chose to overlook this and continued our meal. The main problem occurred when an individual with a beard and tattoos on his arm, emerged to apologize, displaying an unapologetic attitude. He ignored my concerns and attempted to walk away, validating my dissatisfaction. I raised my voice to request respectful attention, but he was dismissive and threatened to "kick us out" before calling the police. To our surprise, they escalated the situation by calling the police, which seemed excessive given our reasonable expectations of good and professional customer service. In the meantime, he refunded our payment. This situation was frustrating. While he did not use offensive or inappropriate language, his disrespect was evident as he showed no interest in listening to us as customers. We were left speechless. Moreover, I want to address a concerning claim made by the staff during the incident. At some point, I believe I heard him say that we treated the staff disrespectfully, which is completely false. I want to emphasize that at no time were we disrespectful, aggressive, or rude to any of the staff members. It is disheartening that such an accusation was made, as I firmly believe in treating others with kindness and respect. I felt compelled to write this detailed review to raise awareness about such incidents and justify the scoring. We also called the police to have a record of the incident. Something interesting is that I have noticed derogatory treatment of customers in their responses to other reviews. In summary, this place offers good food but falls short in handling small situations. I recommend that they take training in customer service, problem-solving, and communication.
i live in the neighborhood so i was excited to see a burger place nearby, but i very dissapointed and disgusted. chicken was raw, portions were small, poor quality ingredients, packaging was awful, and the "secret sauce" is just watery mayo mixed with ketchup, and somehow the food was cold when i got it even though i was there before it was ready so theres no excuse for it to not be hot. tater tots were also extremely salty and garlicky to the point where it was inedible. service was also awful, had to wait on the street although there was room inside and food wasnt ready until 15 minutes after i got a notification saying it was ready. really wanted to support but they have lost my business.
The hamburger and tater tots were amazing, we will definitely go back! We placed a take out order and the food was ready in about 10 mins, it was very fresh and flavourful! Our server was very friendly as well. Highly recommend! :Food: 5/5
A must-try when in Kits. A newly established gem inside Glitch Vancouver: Game and bar room. It has been tough to enjoy any other burger since having a Super Smash Burger. The burgers are grilled to perfection. Fresh beef smashed that is crispy and juicy, topped with cheese and fresh produce between a buttery bun. You can pair your burgers with their yummy super-punched fries, shaking gems tots or onion rings. One cannot go wrong. Bon Appetite!
Super small burger for $20. I ordered online, took them around 25 min to prep the food and forget to give me my drink. I would say over price burger. The taste is not bad but there are much better options for burgers of this quality Won't go there again
1 star cuz I can’t give 0. Where on Earth do I need to provide double ID JUST to eat a burguer? Also, the blond greeter was the rudest!!! She seemed so happy to kick us out. Will never come back and definitely will never recommend.Service: 1/5

Saw the nice reviews and got interested. I visited on Sunday, around 1 pm, perfectly fitted their business hour 12 pm to 10 pm on Sundays and guess what, the place was closed. The hours on their door said 4pm to 10pm instead. Guess who wasted time? *Update: owner responded promptly, I'll give them that. Guess I'll revise the review again after trying the food. *Another update: I actually got in this time. It was a busy Friday night so I would not say anything about the waiting. The staff looked busy enough. I got their signature burger and double blanched fries. The burger was good, I enjoyed the crispy edges of smashed patty. Kinda wish the burger could be bigger. The fries were very crispy with good amount of seasoning. They looked dark-probably fried for a little too long, because I did taste some bitterness especially from the smaller ones. Overall an okay place. I also got a drink from the glitch bar and I still left with a 85% full stomach unfortunately there weren't dessert options, so I hope they increase the portion a little.
Amazing Burger and delicious fries. Had some troubles with the online order using Google Pay; auto grat and no coupon allowed. So beware on this. However noted this to staff and they quickly rectified. Impressed. :
