Super liquor

Amazing service I witnessed today! Raj went above and beyond. The gentleman has some issues walking and going in to the store. Raj, opened the door for him and he assisted him with his order. Raj even brought the beer to the gentleman’s vehicle. A kind of service that sets this store above any other liquor stores in town! I am just happy seeing this act of kindness and wanted to commend Raj and Anshu running this great business! Thank you for both of you! Keep it up! You deserved commendation!

Came from Calgary and stocked up. Heard raj is on vacation and I’m happy for him! This is a great store with good prices and he’s a fantastic owner. Always impressed by him remembering peoples names

They are reasonably priced liquor, beer, and spirits in town, and ACE too In my opinion. Located both stores due, north Hill side of The City of Red Deer. The store is well lit, and store merchandise is well arranged, stocked up and priced, and tagged. Handicap parking, and access to in and out of the store as well. However, in terms of customer service? Well, it's a liquor store it does not need a special person to come up to you to answer any questions you might have on, give you tips and suggestions about their products.

Raj always greets his customers at the door , offers assistance and is always smiling . My number one store - worth the drive across town . Selection is awesome , prices are even better !

Not the best price, customer service or drivers you blame mistakes on your drivers, so clearly you don’t have the respect for them either You have changed the price for me multiple times to match plenty of liquor across the street, because they are always the best priced. I have always been a great customer, to the point you’ve offered free items before. I have respect for local businesses and that’s the reason I’ve gone to you.. Respect is a 2 way street, though! When I’m the one spending money on your business.. Also, It’s hard to show respect to a driver when they don’t even show up and you have the audacity to not even apologize. have been a customer for years here. Not because they have good prices honestly not the best in town as stated but because I thought the owners were great… it’s going WAY down hill! Turning into less than good customer service. In the last couple months I have ordered deliveries that just never showed up. Gio apologized and said he’d give me a discount.. which ended up being less than $3!! Not even half a delivery charge.. lol wth? Also said he didn’t care about losing me and my family members as customers.. couldn’t believe it.

Best prices in town, friendly staff. They will try and order in anything you ask for if you cant find it in store. Kegs are a decent price too.

Great store. Good prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have something they will try to get it.
