Super India Food Market is our favourite place to go for Indian food ingredients. There is a tremendous variety of foods. As an example, there are many different brands of Besan flour to choose from. the owner has been extremely helpful and helping choose various products. I can hardly wait until the takeout meals is ready to go.nnThe shelves are very well organized, and very neat and tidy. It is so easy to shop at super India.nnWe really enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.nnMy wife and I drive 14 km to shop at this wonderful place.
They are really good, actually they have a wide range of Indian things as well as cosmetics.However, they can improve their customer service approach.nnI have noticed they are very good with existing customers. But for new customers they are not able to set the tone. In fact I kept wandering inside the store looking for specific items for a long time, one of the staff noticed I was still looking for something he ignored rather than approaching for help.nnI noticed the cashier is good but it took lot time to scan 4 items of the person before me. Especially when there is only 1 checkout, speed is the ROI.
New to Cambridge and found this place as nearest Indian super store but had a wierd experience as a new customer. Bought a Nariyal and found out that it was rotten from inside and when I complained about it I was told that “We don’t know what’s there inside so no exchange”.nUnfortunately, I won’t be visiting the store again and will prefer going to another store even if I have to drive few more miles.
Needed some peanut oil and on a whim stopped by. It is an awesome place can't wait to come back! Great service and so many items it was way bigger than I thought. Check it out you won't be disappointed.
I bought nans from the store day before yesterday and I asked them if they are fresh. Employee said yes they are fresh and you can store them for 7 days. But when i opened them yesterday to eat,they have mold/fungus on it and they are smelling really bad. DO NOT recommend this store,they sell stale food
